Purpose: Offering a Sublet

I am a student at WMU looking to go home for the summer so I am trying to sublease my room starting in May to when the lease ends July 31st. I currently live at Firehouse Crossings, 6 bed 4 bath townhomes. The rent is $350 a month plus any additional utility or wi-fi bills. The room is the only one on the main level, additionally the main floor bathroom is not typically used by any of the other roommates because of this. Hi! Me, my boyfriend of 8 years and my step brother (all Wmu students) are looking for a 4th person to fill the last room at kendall ridge north! We are all 20-23 years old.
